Thank you for choosing Litt Candles. We are committed to providing you with a convenient and efficient delivery service for your purchases. Please review the following information regarding our delivery policy:
Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available shipping options and associated costs will be presented to you during the checkout process. These options may include:
1. Standard Shipping: Depending on the area you’re in your parcel will take 2-4 working days to arrive once it has been dispatched. This is applied to the average 6 kg or less parcel, should your parcel exceed your order will be sent with Pudo locker to locker.
2. Expedited Shipping: For parcels under 2kg you’ll receive your order within 1-2 working days (Overnight). This rate is applied to the average 2 kg or less parcel, should your parcel exceed this we will contact you with the additional costs.
3. Outlying area shipping: Unfortunately outlying areas cost almost double in shipping, but you do have an option to use Pudo locker to locker should you have a collection point near you. Please note that if you are in an outlying area and you select normal shipping your order will be delayed by a few days and will be sent with Pudo, therefore please ensure you select the correct shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, destination address, and carrier delays.
4. Pudo locker to locker. We offer this service for clients based in outlying areas, who want to save on shipping or who have large parcels. Please note that we only do locker drops three times a week, therefore please expect at least one day extra on dispatching.
5. Free Shipping. All orders over R1000 qualify for free 2-5 day shipping. Orders 6 kg or less will be shipped with The Courier Guy and orders over 6kg will be sent with Pudo locker to locker.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently only ship to addresses within South Africa.
• Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. These restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email with tracking details directly from the courier company. If you do not receive your tracking email please check your junk mail folder before contacting us at info@littcandles.co.za. For Pudo deliveries, you’ll only be notified once your order is available to collect at the locker.
Delivery Issues
• If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service team at support@littcandles.co.za as soon as possible.
• In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory outcome.
International Shipping
• For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total cost of your order.
• International shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs processing.
