Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Litt Candles. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

•To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

•To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.Contact our customer service team at support@littcandles.co.za within 5 days of receiving your item(s) to request a return authorization (RA) number.

2.Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return along with a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3.Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5.If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Refund Policy

•Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees.

•Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@littcandles.co.za to request an exchange authorization (EA) number.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@littcandles.co.za so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
